So I'm finally back online. I went in for a simple operation to remove my diseased gallbladder not too recently... after the procedure the clamp on an artery slipped off and I began to bleed out internally.  Had the anesthesia doc not been watching, I would have died. He sounded the alarm--- but I still spent four days on life support in ICU. That's breathing machine and the whole works as I lost seven units of blood. (In case you don't know, the human body only holds 8 to 10 units.) -- I've been recovering since which has been difficult. My right arm and leg have significant nerve damage due either to the seizures I had or something that occ

As my followers may or may not know, I was recently taken on board as co-author of the webcomic put out by !coupleofkooks (https://www.deviantart.com/coupleofkooks), Shades of Red. I'm also madly working on an outside site to present the comic in more browsable format than dA (not that it's leaving dA). This is a lot of very quiet work, no one pats you on the back for coding etc, but I do it with a great deal of pleasure because I enjoy this story. I enjoy the characters. Overall I just enjoy working with Kooks.
